A Book of Prayers: the book of the hours (horologion). Currently contains some of the prayers from this volume. (Mar 2001)

Hymns of Entreaty: the book of the eight tones (oktoëchos or parakletike). Currently contains the introduction, with a good introduction to the hymnological terminology used in these volumes of Orthodox Catholic hymnography. (Mar 2001)

Hymns of Repentance: the hymns for Great Lent used by New Skete. Currently contains the excellent preface explaining and reflecting on the season of lent, and the introduction. (Mar 2001)

The Psalter: the entire psalter, divided according to the ancient Orthodox usage into twenty kathismata, with the traditional scriptural canticles. The introduction provides a good description of the vision followed by the Monks of New Skete. Includes a presentation of the daily cycle of psalm readings traditional in the Orthodox church.

Troparia and Kondakia: the primary book in use on this site. This directory contains the introduction, classification of feasts, and other adjunct materials and hymns not included in the database. (Mar 2001)
